Shipping policy

1. Delivery

1.1. Your order will be shipped via DHL.

1.2. We ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. Delivery within Germany is free of charge.

2.2. For shipping abroad, the following flat-rate shipping costs apply per order:

Austria: EUR 14.49

Switzerland:
Shipping to Switzerland is not carried out directly by us, but exclusively via our partner MeinEinkauf.ch.

Customers from Switzerland have the option of processing their order via the service provider MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch handles delivery to Switzerland as well as customs clearance and import processing.

The current shipping, service and customs costs as well as the terms and conditions of MeinEinkauf.ch apply. These can be viewed at https://www.meineinkauf.ch.

Please note that additional costs may arise in addition to the product price, in particular:

Service fees charged by MeinEinkauf.ch
Swiss import VAT
Customs and clearance fees

These additional costs are not charged by us, but are calculated directly by MeinEinkauf.ch or the competent authorities and must be borne by the customer.

For deliveries to Switzerland via MeinEinkauf.ch, a separate contract is concluded between the customer and MeinEinkauf.ch.

2.3. For cross-border deliveries, further taxes, for example in the case of an intra-Community acquisition, and/or charges, such as customs duties, may apply. These must be borne by you.
