Refund policy

Consumers have a right of cancellation for contracts for the delivery of goods in accordance with the following provisions.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, do not belong to any Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are outside the European Union.
