Check fill level via app

Level Monitoring and Remote Access via App

The current fill level and all other measurements can also be queried via app (iOS and Android). It is also possible to receive active notifications when the configured minimum and maximum fill levels are undershot or exceeded.

Activating Remote Access

The basis for this is the activation of remote access. This is first selected under Connections and activated after setting a password. Please note the given sensor ID, which always starts with "ls" (level sensor).

Remote access is a cloud service that provides secure access to the fill level sensor's readings. Login is done via the web browser at https://remote.senvolon.de. Here, please enter your ID and password to access the fill level sensor's readings.

Remote access also supports push notifications. This means you will be actively notified if the MIN or MAX value of your sensor is undershot or exceeded. This also works with your browser on a laptop or PC.

On a smartphone, it is recommended to install it as a web app. Especially on iOS, notifications are only possible when using the web app.

Setting up the web app on iOS

Log in at remote.senvolon.de. Once the page with the readings is displayed, tap the share icon. It looks like a square with an upward-pointing arrow and is located at the bottom of the screen (on iPhone) or in the upper right corner (on iPad).

Then, scroll down in the share menu and select Add to Home Screen. After that, click Add in the upper right corner and you will get direct access to the sensor data in the form of an app. You can also now activate push notifications in case of an alarm.

Setting up the web app on Android

Log in at remote.senvolon.de. Once the page with the readings is displayed, tap the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the upper right corner of the screen. Then scroll down in the menu and select Add to Home Screen.

After that, click Add and you will get direct access to the sensor data in the form of an app. You can also activate push notifications in case of an alarm.
